The mission of ISOH/IMPACT is to live the Good News of Jesus Christ by Reaching Out and Serving Others across the US and around world through mending broken bodies, feeding hungry families, responding to disasters, and investing in communities.
ISOH/IMPACT (formerly known as International Services of Hope & Impact With God Crusades, Incorporated) is a community based non-profit, tax-exempt, charitable organization whose mandate is devoted to ensuring a brighter future for children.
International Services of Hope (ISOH) was founded in 1991 by Fred Dieter as an international organization dedicated to reaching families living in poverty throughout Haiti and Guatemala with shipments of food and clothing. Established in 1958, Impact With God Crusades, Inc. (IMPACT) was founded as a non-denominational Christian organization by Reverends Aaron E. and M. Jean Delph. Their heart was one of true servanthood. Their abundance of generosity was not based on religion, color, or ethnic backgrounds. Their lives were dedicated to helping families in crisis through evangelism, crusades, counseling and community outreach.
In 1981, Linda A. Greene (daughter of Aaron and Jean Delph) became the President of Impact with God Crusades, Inc. In 1991, Linda and her husband Stan were offered the position of administrators for International Services of Hope.
ISOH/IMPACT was designed to be the focal point of a new and broader framework for community organization and child advocacy. From the initial planning stages in 1991 to formally establishing the organizations in 1998, ISOH/IMPACT has been engaged in community education, advocacy, resource development, and community organizing. Since then, ISOH/IMPACT has played a leading role in organizing efforts on behalf of children locally and internationally.
