I have been making these adorable cookies for years. I love the fact that they are so simple to make and assemble kids can be part of it. You will need to purchase just 3 items to make them. First some Keebler Fudge Stripe Cookies. Next a bag of Hershey’s Kisses. Last is some Betty Crocker Decorative Cupcake Icing (it is in a can and has several tips (4-5) to choose from) The whole process of one takes just less than 2 minutes.
First open the cookies and put them on a few plates or use a pan.
Next unwrap all the kisses. Then pick your tip and you are ready to go.
Then assemble them
After you add the frosting they should look like this
I try to let mine dry for a few hours. If needing to stack them I put wax sheets in between the layers. These can work for a variety of holidays and events not just Halloween. In spring I use yellow frosting and make them look like a daisy. For a birthday you can do white frosting and add sprinkles. At Christmas I do red and green frosting. Do you have a cute idea with these? Leave me a comment or let me know. I made 48 of these Friday for work and they were all gone in less than 10 minutes.
Watch the sales my cookies we just $1.99 a bag. The frosting was around $4.00. I bought a large bag of kisses that will last for several batches on sale for $8.
